    US Return Policy

    For US orders, apparel and gear that is new and unworn can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We will provide a prepaid ship label for your original return.

    Defect Warranty Policy

    All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. Our warranty covers:

    - Up to 60 days from the time of your original purchase.

    - Our warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials.

    - Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, exposure, and extensive use, or normal wear and tear.

    Where is my refund?

    Imperial Motion processes refunds within 5-10 business days of your return being received and inspected. If returning for store credit, the credit will be issued and sent via email as soon as the return shipment receives its first carrier scan.     Where is my order?

    We’ll keep you updated on your order via email. You’ll receive confirmation when you purchase and we’ll let you know when your order is on the move via a shipping confirmation. From there, you’ll have tracking you can trace through one of our preferred shipping partners.

    Free domestic ground shipping for all orders over $100. We offer a flat shipping rates for order under $100. In a hurry? We also offer 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air options at checkout.

    PR, APO or US territories: Orders are shipped via USPS priority mail for a flat rate. Flat rate may be higher for larger orders.

    International

    Orders shipping to Canada will be calculated at checkout, price when added to cart may include currency conversion, shipping, taxes and duties.
