When will my order ship?
- Please allow up to 48 hrs for orders to ship during Holiday Season
- Orders are not processed on the weekends
- Friday after 12 PM PST is considered weekend orders
How can I track my order?
- Tracking numbers will be emailed to you at the time of the shipment
- You will be sent to our tracking page where you can also receive text or Facebook messenger updates on your shipment
Free Domestic Returns Within 30 Days
Order shipped international are not eligible for free returns
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase you may return items free of charge within 30 days of original purchase - Excludes Sales/Promotions and International Orders
- To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in original, unused condition with original tagging
- A return label will be provided with your order within the U.S.A.
- Also in your order is a merchandise return card. Please fill this out. If your order does not have one you can download one here
- Returns will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving. You will be notified via email once your refund has been approved in our system. Please allow 2-4 business days for funds to appear in your account after receiving this email.
- Exchanges are not available for online purchases. If a different size or color is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you’d like.
ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECEIPT
- Our warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials up to 60 days from the time of purchase.
- Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, exposure and extensive use, or normal wear and tear
PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM A RETAILER
- Product purchased from a retailer must be returned to the point of purchase. The retailer will then process the warranty with Imperial Motion on your behalf.
